This is a newly-constucted villa of 350 sm, with 3 floors where the classical Tuscan meets the contemporary style. The corridor is connected to the outdoor space, offering a splendid, convivial feeling and creates a plesent perception of “open space” when the open doors and windows.
There is a shiny sala with a small fireplace made of stone from Matraia downstairs, decorated with handmade mosaic created by our artists who work in collaboration with us, while upstairs there is the private area of the villa, with bedrooms and services.
