This newly-constructed villa of 150 sm is splendidly decorated with terracotta colored brick, however its main character represented by the style of the windows which are covered with geometrical motives which beautifyng the open windows and the whole facade of the building.
The colonnade of squared columns is offering a contemplative social area overlooking the garden where there is an old-style well situated in the middle of the autumn-colored garden.
The internal corridor is in the center of the house, where some stair and an internal balcony appear.
Within the house the light is filtered by the motives of terracotta, just like on an impressionist painting, being reflected on the neighboring atmosphere all day.
The kitchen is refurbished with precious ceramic and there is a low relief creation of our workmanship at the background.
The mantle of the whole covering is made of authentic antic Tuscan roof tiles and the terracotta makes the art complete.
