A rather suggestive newly-constructed villa of 400 sm, is located among the Tuscan hills. Just like for Master Frank Lioyd Wright, the fireplace is the heart of the house, situated at the very middle of the sala.
There is a noticeable loft which distributes the room’s private space.
The whole house was planned to have a “T” shape and it is beautifyed with fireplaces made of stone from Marinetta and of wood-and wrought iron.
The paving was designed in the classical Tuscan style, the kitchen and also the furniture is decorated with pottery and embellished with stone mosaics too.
